My Learning Environment Design Pattern

An area that I believe design patterns are perfect for is coaching. In my design pattern, I am focused on coaching in terms of a sport or physical activity, but this could definitely apply to other areas of life when some sort of coach is involved.

I adapted my pattern from Brad's technical support pattern, where I found his use of a repeatable pattern to be paramount in coaching. With any sport, you will practice, get feedback, perform, then come back to practice and feedback. That is why I really liked the repeatable pattern idea and added that to my design.

Re-Designed LEM

On my re-designed LEM, I decided to add a student feedback at the end of the course. The purpose of this is for the students to convey their satisfaction of the course and if they feel it was helpful.
